Clock Tower

I used the last bits of the Dust Tactics tenement to make another block. I thought this might be a department store, but then I put a clock tower on top, for some reason, so this might be more of a town hall, or something like that.

I've now got enough pieces with good roof space to have some decent roof top battles and chases, too.
