Balearic Slingers

Did some slingers which will be useful for a few AoH warbands. AoH also has a Balearic Slinger mercenary unit, so they can get used for that.

Unarmoured Iberians

My painting has almost ground to a halt recently. Started my Iberian faction, so now I have three unfinished factions. Saga: Age of Hannibal is out soon, though, so that should help me paint a bit quicker.

Armoured Gauls

Finished my Armoured Gauls. Just need to do the mounted ones, to finish this contingent.

Gallic Fanatics

Finished a unit of naked, fanatical Galls.

Gallic Warriors

Did some Gallic Warriors for Infamy Infamy. I've played a couple of games now, and it's looking interesting. Not entirely comfortable with the rules, yet, though. I'm a bit annoyed by the casualty rate among my Victrix figures. I had to repair four spear arms after yesterday's battle. I will be running out of spears, soon. It's not really a problem I've had with other plastic makes.

Carthaginian Leaders

Did some leader types for my Carthaginian army. These are from Gripping Beast. I painted a few more Victrix plastics to get to the numbers I need for Hail Caesar units. This more or less completes the Libyan section of my army. I have now gone on to the Gauls.

Italian Infantry

Finished this unit of Italian allies. They seemed to take ages to paint, this was actually the first unit I started. And have three similar units to go. The fun of starting a new army (and elephants) has subsided and now I'm into the slogging through it stage.

Numidian Elephants

Did some Numidian Elephants, coz who wouldn't want more elephants? This feels like a decent size for a complete Numidian division for my Hail Caesar Carthaginian army.

Numidian Cavalry

Did these two units (or three small units) of Numidian cavalry for my Hail Caesar Carthaginian army, hopefully I will get to use them for Saga:Age of Hannibal, too. I will add some Numidian elephants and that should complete the Numidian section of the army.

Numidian Infantry

Did some medium Numidian infantry. I'm gonna do some cavalry and maybe some elephants, and hopefully that will be enough to make a decent Numidian warband in Saga:AoH, if one exists.

Carthaginian Citizens

Did some more Carthaginians. Don't think these guys are gonna be much use on the field of battle in a larger wargame, but I needed something to represent Warriors in Saga. I have three points of them, now, so with my elephants and Velites, I can field 6 points, if I only use one point of Hearthguard. Of course all this is imaginary coz the game doesn't exist yet.

Carthaginian Veterans

Did a bunch of these guys, who should be the top performers of my army. Not sure about all these transfers. They definitely make the army look better, but I feel like I've been painting all the boring bits, and getting someone else to paint the good bits. And my army will look pretty much just like every other Victrix Carthaginian army out there. Otoh, it's too late to turn back, now.
